The name of the Vice President, Pof.Yemi Osinbajo, is missing from the list of nominees for the Presidential Campaign Council of the All Progressives Congress released on Friday.

In a statement signed by its secretary, James Faleke, the nominees are to pick their appointment letters on Monday.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson of the campaign council, Festus Keyamo, in a statement issued on Saturday said that President Buhari requested that Osinbajo’s name be excluded in other to focus on governance.

It would be recalled that the omission raised eyebrows in the early hours of today (Saturday) as some felt it was due to cold war between the presidential candidate of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the vice president, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo.
