Following the Supreme Court Judgement today, 14th January, 2020 where Senator Hope Uzodimma was declared as Governor of Imo State, a photo of Emeka Ihedioha crying has emerged online.
The Supreme Court sacked Gov Emeka Ihedioha and declared APC’s Hope Uzodimma as the Governor of Imo State.
It, therefore, ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to withdraw the certificate of return from former Governor Emeka Ihedioha and issue Uzodimma with certificate of return as governor of the state.
Delivering the judgment, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun said the votes due to Uzodinma and APC from 318 polling units were wrongly excluded and should be added.
Ihedioa should accept the outcome in good faith and move on.It is the will of God and is final
