The Head of Ashamu family, Mr Victor Omotunde Babatunde Ashamu and principal members, Mr Samuel Ishola Ashamu, as well as Mrs Oyetayo Florence Ashamu are set to embark on series of operations in Ashamu properties across the country in order to check abuses in the estates.
The operations, according to them became necessary because the administrators of the estates have failed in their bid to render comprehensive account up to date.
Mr Victor Omotunde Babatunde Ashamu hinged the reasons behind the operations on proper record keeping and futuristic purposes. The Head of the Family, and principal members have unanimously agreed to revoke the land of any tenant, occupier, or resident that fail to comply with officials of the companies who are saddled with the responsibility of carrying out these operations.
Mr Victor Omotunde Babatunde Ashamu urged all tenants and occupiers to co-operate with the officials of the companies that will carry out the operations because it’s for the benefit of both parties – Ashamu family and the tenants.
Below Are The breakdown of the Operations:
Mallat and Bowman Limited will ensure that all tenants and occupiers pay their annual registration every January of each year while Tassan and Bullman Limited will look into land document, biography, receipt, among others, to ensure that they are genuine. It will also carry out biometric verification also operation who is your neighbour 240 to the right, 240 to the left.
The environmental sanitation of the estate will be supervised by Henderson & Brent Limited. They will ensure cleanliness of the estate. Anybody that dirty they estate will be severely sanctioned.
Babatunde Ashamu Investment Limited will be on ground to supervise registration building plan from foundation, decking, roofing, land allocation, accreditation. It will also ensure that necessary fees are paid.

Meanwhile, apart from the operation, the tenants are also expected to abide by the Irrevocable Customary Tenants and Occupiers Rules and Regulations. They Head of Family, Mr Victor Omotunde Babatunde Ashami and principal members – Mr Samuel Ishola Ashamu and Mrs Oyetayo Ashamu have appointed Tassan and Bullman Investment Limited, Rhinosour&Camdenlock Real Estate Limited, Ashamu Nigeria Enterprises Limited and other relevant agencies to ensure this rules and regulations are complied with.
A brief summary of it is that tenants must pay community development charges and local development authority charges, emergency, disaster service charges and first aid disaster and evacuation service charges, research plus development charges including that of road development and transport, electricity and security to Rhinosour & Camdenlock Real Estate Limited.
Tenants and occupiers must also pay job card and security physical planning to Ashamu Nigeria Enterprises Limited. They should be ready to declare their title at any point of request. Environmental sanitation exercise must be obeyed and carried out.
Additionally, they must be security conscious and report all criminal activities around them.They must notify the landlord of all rent due before the expiring date. They must discourage all forms of squatting and encroachment of any self agent against the instruction of the landlord.
It is very paramount for tenant and occupiers to pay all fees such as foundation, decking, roofing, DPT, mortgage consent fee, soil test, accreditation fees ecological and crop fees, data and information technology processing fees to Babatunde Ashamu Investment Limited in order to procure Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), Governor consent e.t.c or face land allocation revocation and must subscribe to Babatunde Ashamu Investment Limited and obey rules, regulation and policies of Babatunde Ashamu Investment Limited.
